Pupils at Lord Williams’s School in Thame were given some instruction and casting practice at Lechlade Trout Fishery’s Bushyleaze Lake.
Farmoor Flyfishers and Wheatley Flyfishers & Flytyers provided the tuition.
The 11 youngsters caught 15 fish between them for a total weight of over 52lb, which included rainbows of six and five pounds.
