RHYS Davies scored an unbeaten century to help Oxenford into the Airey Cup quarter finals with a 168-run win at Marsh Gibbon.

Davies (102no) and Augustine Robertson (70) led Oxenford to an impressive 261-8.

Left-arm seamer Aaron Hirtenstein then claimed 6-40 as Gibbon were shot out for 93.

Holders Westbury eased to a 59-run win over Minster Lovell.

Harry Smith led the way with 60 as Westbury reached 212-7, and then Charlie Harper claimed 4-27 in Minster’s 153-8.

Sam Willett hit 110 but finished on the losing side as Great Horwood went down to Stonesfield by four wickets.

Horwood posted 180-3 thanks to Willett’s ton, but Tim Wyatt (47no) and Jamie Burns (40) led Stonesfield to 182-6.

Asif Shah took 5-44 as Garsington edged out East & West Hendred by ten runs.

Garsington were all out for 169, as Eddie Glover claimed 4-45.

But Hendred fell for 159 in reply with Shah and Mohammed Sarfraz (3-41) starring with the ball.

Division 2 side Chadlington upset East Oxford with a thrilling three-run win.

Mark Lambert (67no) saw Chadlington post 173-5, before Martin Shepherd (5-30) and Freddie Simon (4-54) helped upset the form book and dismiss East Oxford for 170.
