Their win and Adderbury Park’s 0-0 draw at Slade Farm meant that Press are now one point ahead, but Hinksey remain title favourites.

Paul Hedger and Jake Cooper put Press 1-0 and 2-1 ahead, with Adam Healy equalising both times.

Tim Wyatt bagged his first hat-trick for Stonesfield in their 3-0 success at home to Kennington.

Wyatt’s treble were a first-half tap-in, a 40-yard solo effort and a stoppage time penalty.

Marston Saints held on to edge out Freeland 2-1, with Matt Holton and Tom Payne their scorers.

Enstone dented wasteful Charlton United’s promotion hopes with a 3-1 away victory, thanks to goals from Jack Eley (2) and Tony Bott.

Anthony Davidson scored for Charlton, who squandered several more chances.

Division 2 basement boys Stonesfield Res picked up only their second win of the campaign with a 3-1 success at Yarnton Res.

Ben Thomas scored a hat-trick for Stonesfield, who gained revenge for their Ivor Gubbins Cup final defeat on Easter Monday.

Launton Sports Res kept up their title chase with a 3-2 victory at Adderbury Park Res.

Steve Wilson grabbed the winner with the second of a brace, while Matthew Hunt also netted and Tom Green and Charlie Meredith hit back for Adderbury.

Freeland Res eased to a 4-1 success at home to Slade Farm Res to leapfrog their rivals into third place.

Jamie Perkin and Tom Hall, plus substitutes Adi Williams and Rob Panting scored for Freeland.

Jason Condor’s hat-trick led Garsington Res to a 6-0 home triumph over Eynsham Res.

Dorran Solomon scored first for North Oxford and he also made it 2-2.
