OXFORD MAIL GIRLS LEAGUE
KIDLINGTON hit back with two goals in the last 90 seconds to secure a dramatic 3-3 draw at Oxford City in their top-of-the-table Under 13 League clash.
City looked set for a 3-1 win after Lauren Page (2) and Shelley Knight cancelled out Cloe Woodward’s opener.
But Woodward volleyed a second to give Kidlington hope, before Ellie Larkin’s cross was deflected in for an own goal to level the match ten seconds from time.
City have twice beaten Kidlington 3-2 in cup semi-finals this season, but both sides remain unbeaten in the league and drew 2-2 in their earlier clash.
Kidlington will be champions should they win their remaining five matches as they now have a better head-to-head record against City.
Goals from Isla Nugget (2), Becci Bostock, Charlotte Guppy and Katie Richardson earned leaders Didcot Casuals a 5-0 victory over Bardwell.
