OXFORD City Nomads, hot favourites to land the Hellenic League Premier Division title, lost their chance to complete the double when crashing 5-0 away to Highworth Town in the Bluefin Insurance Insurance Brokers Cup semi-final on Saturday. Ardley United kept alive their slim chances of finishing second in the Premier Division with a 4-1 at Slimbridge with goals from Ryan Brooks (2), Scott Bridges and Ben Thomas.

Witney Town replaced Bracknell Town at the bottom of the table, losing 3-2 to Flackwell Heath.

Clanfield’s run in the Supplementary Cup came to an end when they lost 3-0 away to Highmoor-Ibis in the quarter-finals.
