FOUR Oxfordshire players have been selected for England Under 16 squads to play in the Wellington International Festival.

Jake O’Leary (Wellington College and Henley) and Keiran Routledge (Abingdon School and Witney) have been named in the England North squad.

And their Oxon teammates Jackson Burton (Cokethorpe School) and Ben Pointon (Rugby School and Banbury) are in the England South ranks.

England North play the Netherlands on April 8, the United States and Belgium on April 13.

England South face Scotland on April 8, Canada on April 11 and Wales on April 13.

  • OXFORD Harlequins scrum half Graham Sage kicked 11 points to help England Deaf to a 21-8 victory over Wales at Fylde.

Sage slotted three penalties and a conversion on debut in the second half.

  • MURRAY Bellis and George Probyn scored two tries apiece as Wallingford reached the Oxfordshire Under 13 Cup with a 36-0 victory at Chinnor.

Callum Pearse and Tom Shaw also crossed over, with Pearse kicking three conversions.
