CHINNOR ran in 11 tries to crush struggling Bridgwater & Albion 71-12 at Kingsey Road.

Sam Stoop, Pip Seymour, Tom Gray and Liam Gilbert all bagged doubles in a dominant display, while Henry Colver had a superb game at full back.

Wing Seymour (pictured) and centre Stoop notched Chinnor’s opening tries, with fly half James Cathcart converting the former.

Colver threaded his way through for No 3, while the hosts had a bonus point on 16 minutes when wing Gray skinned his man to touch down. Cathcart converted both.

Seymour’s second try followed from Colver’s assist, Cathcart converting.

Bridgwater fly half Ashley Pippard grabbed a loose ball to score and convert their first try.

But it was 40-7 at the break after Stoop bashed his way through and Cathcart converted.

Scrum half Frank Jones scooted round the blindside for try No 7, then centre Matt Goode dotted down for Cathcart to convert.

Bridgwater flanker Jake Childs went over for a well-worked try before Chinnor brought on 18-year-old debutant Will Millett at fly half.

Stoop had his hat-trick try ruled out, but No 2 Gilbert ran in his brace, the first from his own 22, while his second was converted by Colver.

Gray sidestepped his way through for the final score, converted by Colver.
