OXFORD City slipped to a 4-0 defeat against Brent in the ESFA Under 13 Trophy third round.

A Brandon Ramsey goal saw Oxford trail at half-time, and Brent clinched victory after the break with further strikes from Luke Galvin and a Tomi Ibrahim brace.

  • Vale of White Horse’s ESFA Under 15 Trophy fifth round tie against Cambridge & District is to take place at Milton United on Tuesday, January 3 (6.30).
  • MILLBROOK School, from Grove, won the Vale of White Horse Primary Schools’ FA’s ‘123ICT’ indoor five-a-side tournament for the seventh time at Wantage Leisure Centre.

They captured the title with a 2-1 win over St Edmund’s School, Abingdon, in the final.

In the semi-finals, Millbrook pipped Caldecott School, Abingdon, 4-3 on penalties after a 2-2 draw, while St Edmund’s defeated Whit-church 3-2.

  • DEMAR Jules bagged a brace as Cherwell, Oxford, stormed to a 6-0 win at Sandy Upper School in the ESFA Under 16 Schools’ Cup fifth round.

Ahmed Chrediy, Duran Martin, Dean Trzin and an own goal made up Cherwell’s tally.

Cherwell are now at home to Guthlaxton College, from Wigston, Leicestershire, in the last 32.

St Birinus, Didcot, also went through with a 4-2 home win over Devizes.

George Smith, Lewis Wilcox, Taylor Janes and Adam Lee were on target for St Birinus, who are now at home to Brune Park Community College, Gosport in the sixth round.

Raphael Rice bagged a brace as Marlborough, Woodstock, won 4-3 at home to Wheatley Park in the ESFA Under 12 Danone Nations Schools’ Cup fifth round.

Craig Fasanmade and Aaron Heap also netted for Marlborough.
