Ollie Page gave Eynsham the lead before Liam Rainbow made it 2-0 after the break.
Ben Fouracre pulled one back, but Eynsham held on.
Horspath Res won 3-0 at North Oxford Res in Division 3, with goals from Ashley Buttress (2) and Nigel Collins.
Jamie Smith smashed a hat-trick as Oakley Res won 3-2 at Broughton & North Newington Res. Sam Hankin and Craig Hale replied.
A Simon Palmer own-goal sealed a 1-0 win for Kennington Res against Enstone Res.
