OXFORD MAILS GIRLS LEAGUE

REBECCA Tuckey’s second-half strike secured Banbury United’s 3-1 victory over Stonesfield Strikers in the Under 11 League.

Goals from Tuckey and Lauren Paynton put Banbury 2-0 up, but Annie Mundy pulled one back for Stonesfield, who then came close to levelling.

The second half saw Banbury catch Stonesfield on the break with Tuckey’s second.

Annie Dennis bagged a brace as Tower Hill Vixens Red saw off Chinnor 3-0, Isabelle Henthorn their other scorer.

Chinnor’s Alysha Clarke made some cracking saves.

Kidlington defeated Tower Hill Vixens Blue 4-0, with Eva Wallace (2), Molly Wiggins and an own goal making up their tally.

Under 15

Kidlington took over top spot after defeating morning leaders Chinnor 5-2.

Vicky Standen put Chinnor ahead, but Zoe Taylor, Hannah Vincent (penalty), Jess Daniels and Jaz Needham hit back. Standen’s second gave Chinnor hope, but Taylor struck again for Kidlington.

Sharna Presley put Didcot Casuals ahead in their 1-1 draw with Highworth Town. Brinleigh Gallagher levelled.

Goalkeeper Domonique Bal-dwin’s saves earned Tower Hill Vixens a 1-1 draw with Woodley United.

Robyn Coburn scored for Tower and Nicole Barrett for Woodley.

Chalgrove Cavaliers lost 3-0 to Swindon Spitfires, Emma Adams, Rosanna Hurst and Shannon Kinsella netting.

Under 14

Harriette Titchener’s hat-trick helped Didcot Casuals beat Thatcham Town 5-0 in round two of the Berks & Bucks County Cup.

Hollie Bristow added a brace.

Marina Mirea’s strike could not prevent Tower Hill Vixens losing 4-1 to Swindon Town, who netted through Amy Joliffe (2), Chloe Brown and Jess Graham.

Under 13

Emily Young bagged a hat-trick as Kidlington defeated Carterton 5-0, with Rachel Newman and Zoe Chung also on target.

Rebecca Bostock’s brace helped Didcot Casuals see off Chinnor 6-1.

Isla Nugent, Charlotte Guppy, Aile Lynn and Josie Donnelly completed their tally. Fiona Wrigley replied.

Meg Rayment’s strike was not enough as Summertown Stars lost 3-1 to Swindon Town, Meghan Larkin (2) and Katie Donovan netting.

Under 12

Phoebe Warner’s hat-trick fired Tower Hill Vixens into round two of the League Cup with a 7-1 win over Wantage.

Mollie Farr grabbed a brace and Annabel Clarke the other. Ella Joyce replied.

Goals from Amberley Vircavs and Kylie Pearson saw Kidlington defeat Benson United 2-0.

Edie Stilwell-Garrett, Mollie Dyer, Holly Porter and Katie Miller scored as Didcot Casuals saw off Chinnor 4-0.

Under 10

Libby Gilmore’s seven goals led Didcot Casuals to an 11-1 victory over Oxford City.

Nia Geary-Andrews added a hat-trick and Tala Odeh completed Didcot’s tally. Holly Hunter replied.

Polly Hipkiss and Emily Keal earned Kidlington a 2-1 victory over Tower Hill, who netted through Jade Wright.
