Oxford United have been drawn away to npower League One high-fliers Sheffield United in the FA Cup first round.
The tie will see U's boss Chris Wilder return to the club where he had two spells as a player.
Oxford City, who won 3-2 at Weston-super-Mare in the fourth qualifying round on Saturday, were drawn away to Redbridge, of Ryman League Division 1 North.
The Essex club caused an upset by beating Blue Square Bet Premier side Ebbsfleet United 2-0 on Saturday.
The ties are to be played over the weekend of November 12 and 13.
