Cumnor finished just above Great & Little Tew in third despite coming off worse in a drawn match between the two side.
Harry Smith (97no) and Harry Chetwood (53) propelled Tew to a highly competitive 223-7, despite the best efforts of Joe Shillaker (4-37).
Adam Cook (76) and Sam Jones (43) gave the visitors hope, but Matt Taylor took 6-39 from 14 overs to reduce them to 192-8.
Great & Little Tew 18pts, Cumnor 7 Ayaz Khan hit a career-best 90 not out to take Oxford & Bletchingdon Nondescripts to a four-wicket win at home to Buckingham Town.
Mark Strong (5-43) and Shabaz Alam (4-40) were Nondies’ other heroes, as they restricted Town to 152 all out. Ashley Pearson hit 51 and Jonny Cater 42.
Nondies, who go above Buckingham as a result of the win, were in some difficulty before Khan took them to 156-6.
Nondies 25, Buckingham Town 8 Bourton Vale left the league with a whimper, slumping to 77 all out on the way to a ten-wicket defeat at Bletchley Town.
Mark Roberts took 5-34 from eight overs as Vale's innings was wrapped up inside 25 overs.
Graham Simpson hit 33 not out as Town needed only 13 overs to win it.
