Oxfordshire's Alfie Bradstock was crowned the open individual show jumping champion at the Pony Club Championships at Draycott House, Derbyshire.
Representing the Old Berkshire Hunt, Bradstock, from Letcombe Bassett, near Wantage, put in three superb clear rounds on Boyo to claim top honours.
The 16-year-old was one of three riders to go clear in the first two rounds to force a jump off.
And he went clear again to beat Surrey Union’s Charlotte White on Sienna II and West Warwickshire’s Alex Benton on Baily, who both had four faults.
There was also a trophy for the Old Berks team of Pauline Breakspear, Sasha Hargreaves and Sophie Oakland, who won the Blue Cross Junior Horse and Pony Care competition.
