Sam Thomson smashed an unbeaten century to set Tiddington on the way to an 80-run win at Challow & Childrey in the Bernard Tollett Oxfordshire Cup third round.
Thomson hammered 117 not out off 69 balls, and with Jon Talbot blasting 79 off 40 deliveries, Tiddington rattled up a massive 216-3 off their 20 overs.
Challow were never in the hunt, closing on 136-8, with Vishane Perera (34no) top-scoring.
Tiddington’s reward is a home tie against Aston Rowant, one of the four clubs seeded through to Tuesday’s quarter-finals.
Cropredy, of Cherwell League Division 3, sprang a surprise with a 24-run win at Oxford & Bletchingdon Nondescripts.
Joe Fox’s 70 set Cropredy on the way to 137-5, and then Mike Amos-Simpson took 4-16 – including three wickets in an over – to restrict Division 1 side Nondescripts to 113-9, Shabaz Alam making 34.
Cropredy are now at home to holders Banbury.
Skipper Simon Hole slammed an unbeaten 62 off 34 balls as Shipton-under-Wychwood thrashed hosts Oxford Downs by nine wickets.
With Jason Hunt hitting 35 not out off 23 balls, Shipton raced past Downs’ 111-8 in just 12.2 overs.
Shipton will now entertain Oxford.
Harry Smith made 61 to set Great & Little Tew on the way to a 43-run win over Hanborough.
He received good support from Dave Powles (48) as Tew racked up 165-8.
Hanborough were then held to 122-8, with Liam Manley and Ian Bryan both taking 2-19.
Tew are now at home to Thame Town.
