TOM Calnan bagged a fine double at Oxford City’s club championships.

The four-handicapper scooped the gross and nett titles to win the Hall and Southfield Cups respectively.

Calnan shot a level-par 70 in his morning round followed by a 71 to finish two strokes ahead of Gavin Soave. Mark Hall was third on 145.

In the nett competition, Calnan beat his younger brother Ben into second place by three shots, with Mark Walker two further back in third place.

Don Portman won City’s Veterans’ Cup after scoring 40 points.
