BICESTER Town’s return to the Premier Division was confirmed as the Uhlsport Hellenic League constitution for the 2011-12 season was revealed.

Bicester finished second in Division 1 West last season.

Also promoted to the top flight were Henley Town, Holyport and Cheltenham Saracens.

Carterton were offered a reprieve from relegation in the wake of Wootton Bassett Town failing a ground inspection, but they opted to stay down.
