NICK Ferraby and acting captain Ian Crosby scored half-centuries as Oxford beat Thame Town by 57 runs in the second round.
Oxford rattled up 187-2 from their 20 overs, with Ferraby and Crosby adding 109 for the second wicket before Stewart Laudat hammered a rapid 43 not out off just 23 balls.
Spinner Ian Evans took three wickets as Thame made 130-9 in reply.
Oxford face High Wycombe in the next round, with the winners going through to finals day at Rover Oxford on Sunday, July 17.
