Usman Arif’s six-wicket haul was not enough as Oxford were denied victory by an obdurate last-wicket stand by Radlett at Roman Way.
The visitors won the toss and put Oxford in, with Daniel King and Jason Harrison putting on 38 for the first wicket.
King went on to make 57 from 125 balls, while Stuart Hole and Jamie Perkin were Oxford’s other main contributors.
In reply, Radlett collapsed as Usman dismissed the first three batsmen with only 22 on the board.
Fraser Crawford and Tom Jenkins steadied the ship for the visitors, but they were back in deep trouble as they were reduced to 151-9 with 21 overs remaining.
Seven of these were lost due to a heavy shower, and Radlett held on, despite Usman finishing with superb figures of 6-69.
Oxford were deducted two points for a slow over rate.
