Seamer Matt Green and off-spinner Jack Simpson combined to rip through Marcham as Minster Lovell cruised to a 151-run victory in the second round of the Airey Cup.

Batting first, Minster tucked into some friendly Marcham bowling to post 211, Nathan Harris hitting 56 and Ed Dunn 47.

Green then took 5-27 from his 12 overs, while Simpson claimed the same figures as Marcham were shot out for 60.

Andy Clarke took 5-37 as holders Westbury saw off Horley by 30 runs.

George Stapleton (62) and Tom Wilson (50) helped Westbury to 222 all out, before Clarke’s haul helped to dismiss Horley for 192.

Hook Norton eased to an eight-wicket win at Witney Swifts.

Dan White (3-19), Paul Souch (3-43) and George Gross (3-52) combined well as Swifts were bowled out for 178, to which Josh Grant contributed 63.

Hooky raced to 180-2 to seal victory, Nick Leader top-scoring with 57 not out.

Last year’s runners-up Shrivenham edged past Charlbury by three wickets.

Having restricted their hosts to 184-8, Conor Taylor (51no) and Mark Whale (47) led Shrivenham to 185-7.

Stewart Black claimed 5-18 to help Marsh Gibbon to a six-wicket win at Freeland.

The hosts’ Billy Webb hit 52 in Freeland’s 149 all out, but Marsh Gibbon eased to 151-4, led by Alex Wallace (43).

Tetsworth posted a comfortable 69-run win over East Oxford.

Batting first, Tetsworth reached 216-9, led by Clifford Jacob (44).

Rommel Foster (3-46) and Haroon Nasser (3-49) shone as East Oxford were bowled out for 147.

In the second round of the Telegraph Cup, Chris Allen’s unbeaten century helped Watlington to a two-wicket win at Kennington.

Neil Maguire took 4-77 as Kennington posted 209-8, before Allen hit 118 not out to steer Watlington to 214-8.

Combe saw off Oxford Rescue by 39 runs.

Robbie Nicholson (41) top-scored in Combe’s 216-6, before Julian Chaundy took 5-30 as Rescue were restricted to 177-9.

Captain Mark Lambert led by example to help Chadlington to a five-wicket victory at Clifton Hampden.

Richard Beard (63) helped Clifton to 188 all out.

The loss of opening bowler Steve Wetherall hampered Clifton, as Lambert (83no) and Richard Ingram (64) saw Chadlington to 193-5 in the final over.

Mark Jarvis claimed 5-26 to help Chipping Norton to a three-wicket win at East & West Hendred.

Hendred were all out for 135, before Chippy reached 138-7, led by Dave Symes (30).

A strong bowling performance from Radley helped them post a six-wicket win at Wootton & Boars Hill.

Wootton were all out for 180, thanks to Darren Jones (3-35) and Simon Huxtable (3-43).

George Borrows (54) and Hamish Laing (53) then saw Radley to 184-4.
