Steve Slade was too wily for Wallingford, taking 4-7 as Cumnor 2nd wrapped up an 88-run victory. The previous two matches at the Hithercroft produced first innings totals of 79 and 80, so Cumnor’s 192-9 was always likely to be enough. Pierre du Plessis made 44 not out and Steve Pritchard 41, while Trevor Spindler took 4-68. Tom Wigley hit 32 in Wallingford’s 104.

Great & Little Tew 2nd’s Lawrence Brock (4-20), Kevin Taylor (3-6) and Piers Myatt (3-19) bowled Shipton-under-Wychwood 2nd out for 157, Shaun Cross hitting 43 and Russell Hayes 32. Cross took 3-40 and Joe Cockroft 3-64, but Myatt (40no) and Paul Catling (32no) led Tew to 161-6.

Chetan Walia’s 5-44 saw Oxford 3rd in charge at Buckingham Town 2nd. Graham Judd (39) and Dom Pritchard (34no) helped Town to 139-9, then Oxford collapsed to 118 all out. Alex Morgan made 34, Kevin Clark taking 5-9 and Pritchard 3-43.

Ben Mooney (179no) and Bradley Rose (65no) took Kimble to 265-0 dec, but Leighton Buzzard Town 2nd made 266-7 through Gareth Benger (69), Yogesh Mistry (62) and Tarrunn Mistry (47).

Arshad Latif (107) and Jack Duffy (80no) saw Stokenchurch to 265-5, but Nick Grimsdell (65), then Russell Haynes (98no) and Sam Shearer (90no) eased Chearsley to 266-2.
