Oxfordshire pipped Hampshire by one wicket in a dramatic ECB Women’s Under 15 County Championship South Division clash at Eversley CC.
Harriet Boland led the way with 4-31 as Hants were dismissed for 137 in 28 over, opener Victoria Childs top-scoring with 36.
Chasing 138 to win, Oxfordshire were never comfortable early on against Gemma Harper (5-27).
But coming in at No 6, Abigail Flory’s 25 streadied the ship in the middle order.
Oxon were 118-8 and 129-9 before Kate Davies (17no) and Nicole Howlett steered them to 138-9 – a total that featured 54 extras.
