Marlborough with the Oxfordshire Under 12 Cup
Marlborough School (Woodstock) captured the Oxfordshire Under 12 Cup with a 4-2 win after extra time over King Alfred’s Community & Sports College (Wantage) in the final at Thame United.
Kane Bennett and Liam Rogan gave Marlborough a 2-0 lead, but King Alfred’s hit back to take the game into extra time.
However, Marlborough proved the stronger then with Ty Eyles and Tom Leach scoring to clinch the cup.
