Angie Kibble is on a mission again as she heads the Champion Trainers list at Oxford with a 21-win lead over current champion Michael Peterson and Maurice Massey.

Kibble last won the title in 2003 – that was her sixth title on the trot, having started the run in 1998.

She landed 20 winners last month, to take her total to 77 for the year, with Peterson and Massey on 53.

He has been entrusted to prepare the dog for a possible tilt at the Derby.

Aherlow Shaw, trained by Richard Yeates, won another puppy open at Monmore,while dual-attached trainer Michael Peterson landed the BAGS £500 race at Hall Green with Asgard Class.
