Jordan Godfrey was also on target, with goals from Ben Kinchin and Nick Burquest proving scant consolation.

Bicester Town Colts wrapped up their Under 14 B League campaign in style with a 3-1 victory at Bampton Town – a 14th straight win.

It provided a fitting tribute to Don Graves, the grandfather of one of the players, Josh Brooker, who died before the season started.

It was Graves’s wish that the money raised at the funeral be given to the running of the team.

After a goalless first half, Bicester, who could field only ten players, took the lead when Matty Jillians slotted home at the far post.

Bicester doubled their lead through Jack Steptoe.

Although Bampton reduced the deficit, Ben Holt sealed victory when he smashed home No 3.

Sam Jarvis hit a brace to help Carterton to a 3-1 win over Bicester Town Colts in the Under 13 League.

Reece D’Abreu netted No 3, while Bicester replied through Cameron Hawtin.

Zak Oliver’s hat-trick saw Tower Hill to an 8-0 win over Yarnton in the Under 11 A League.

In the C League, Tower Hill Stars and Highfield Juniors Colts drew 2-2.

Tower went a goal up through Max Clanfield, before Tom Beckitt equalised.

Beckitt scored again, but Clanfield bagged his second to secure a share of the points for Tower.

Carterton Colts saw off Cumnor Minors Blues 4-1.

George Meyer put Carterton in front with an excellent run and finish, while Danny Allsworth doubled the lead.

Guy Pearce reduced the arrears, before Meyer scored again to make it 3-1.

Allsworth completed his brace in the second half.

Ducklington went top of the Under 10 A League with a comprehensive 5-2 victory over Eynsham Youth.

They now require just one more point to clinch the title.

Goals from Jack Bellenger (2), Matthew Eeles, Harry Stanley and Ryan Holmes put Ducklington 5-0 up by half-time.

Eynsham fought back in the second half with a Freddie Buckingham double.
