Oxford United were being held 0-0 by bottom club Stockport at half-time at Edgeley Park today.
Asa Hall had a couple of efforts on goal, and Tom Craddock shot over from 18 yards.
But probably the clearest opening of the first 45 minutes fell to Stockport's David Poole just before half-time. His volleyed shot from 14 yards beat Ryan Clarke but drifted past the far post.
