ATHLETICS: Hannah England failed to qualify for tomorrow's European Indoor 1500m final
OXFORD City's Hannah England crashed out of the European Indoor Championships after finishing fifth in her heat in Paris.
England appeared to be in good shape in second for six laps, but faded badly in the last 100m to drop back to fifth place in 4mins 13.54secs.
She said: "I just ran out of legs. I felt like I was concentrating and running tactically OK.
"I felt good at that pace, so I'm gutted.
"I have felt really good recently, so this is another one I've thrown away."
