Bicester's Julie Hudspeth won three gold medals at the Bytomic Tae Kwon-Do Championships in Windsor.
She struck gold in the patterns, the heavyweight (green belt) sparring and mixed weight tag team sparring.
Jonathon Attwood won gold in the heavyweight sparring and silver in the patterns.
Ricky Allain won gold in the lightweight sparring.
Mark Dempster was first in the patterns and took silver in the heavyweight sparring.
Marie Fairlie won silver in the heavyweight (red belt) sparring, while James Palmer took bronze in the patterns.
