Clanfield's Mays brothers have left the Division 1 West club, with striker Craig Mays rejoining Witney United.

While 14-goal striker Craig has joined Witney, brother Dean walked out after refusing to be a substitute in their match with Letcombe.

Clanfield boss Pete Osborne, whose side host Tytherington Rocks on Saturday, said: “I’m sorry they have decided to leave. They have both served us well.”

Clanfield welcome back Danny Dixon and Karl Dickinson.

Witney United parade new signings Craig Mays (from Clanfield), Lawrence Prior (RAF) and Oxford City Nomads’ Ollie Lynch in their relegation battle at Bracknell Town.

Richard Hill’s side have won three of their last four games.

Darren Queegan is back from a ban, while Matt Blenford is added to the squad.

Kidlington travel to fellow title-hopefuls Slimbridge, boosted by the signing of former Abingdon United and North Leigh striker Ryan Curtin.

Mark Flanagan is ruled out with an ankle injury, while Chris Weedon faces a late fitness test.
