THE Jones family have given Littlemore an extra boost as they bid for promotion back to the BB&O Premier Division.
Coach Kevin Jones gave debuts to his sons, the former Oxford Harlequins duo Frank and Ralph Jones, in Saturday’s 48-10 Division 1 South victory over Abingdon.
Jones senior has also signed scrum half Jake Dawson from Oxford and hooker Jack Rudman from Quins.
Littlemore lie second in the table and are the highest ranked team eligible to go up into the Premier Division.
Promotion would constitute a big turnaround for Littlemore, who had to pull out of league rugby in 2007 due to low numbers.
