Three new clubs are proving a big hit for youngsters in the county.
Ciaran McDonald, the British sparring champion and 2nd Dan Black Belt, has opened up schools in Didcot, Wantage and Grove.
Oxfordshire Tae Kwon-do is the latest addition to PUMA, the Professional Unification of Martial Arts – an organisation training thousands of men, women and children in more than 100 classes around the UK.
Children start from as young as four, and the county’s new schools have been a big success.
Classes take place at Willowbrook Leisure Centre, Didcot (Friday 6-8.30pm and Sundays 10-11am), the Old Mill Hall, Grove (Tuesday 5-7.30) and St John Vianney Church Hall, Wantage (Sunday 1-2.30).
