Oxford City’s Nat Jones made it four wins in a row to secure the under 13 boys’ title a round early at Cirencester.

Jones edged out Abingdon Amblers’ Michael Fabes by a second to clinch victory and wrap up the crown.

In the team event, City sit in the silver medal position, 26 points behind Radley.

City duo Elisha Evans and Storm Sunderland finished second and third respectively in the under 13 girls’ race.

With Beth Mulvany finishing in fifth, City took first place in the team event, and lead the table by 21 points.

Yasmin Ryder, of Team Kennet, won the race, although Sunderland still leads the way in the individual standings.

In the combined under 15/17 girls race, City’s Lauren Hawtin was second behind Swindon Harrier Lille Bellamy, with her young sister, Beth, finishing third.

Jade Walker was fourth, and Oxford City lead the team standings by 55 points.

The under 15/17 boys’ race was won by Radley’s Alistair Duff, who clocked 18.53.

Oxford City’s Matthieu Marshall (under 15) was second in 19.11, with teammate Ben Upjohn finishing fourth in 19.28.

With one round remaining, City are in the gold medal position, 12 points ahead of Abingdon Amblers A.

Radley’s Amelia Perrin won the under 11 girls’ race, crossing the line in 4.39.

In the under 11 boys’ event, Freddie Sunderland finished just a second behind winner Will Crisp (Swindon Harriers), clocking 4.19.
