Oxford United slipped to ninth in League Two after being held to a 1-1 draw by Cheltenham Town at the Kassam Stadium.
It was their first draw in four months.
Wes Thomas fired the Robins in front on 26 minutes, but Tom Craddock equalised seven minutes later, heading in Damian Batt's right-wing cross from close range.
