Oxford University kicked off their new term with a 32-3 victory over the RAF at Iffley Road.
Playing in pink in aid of the charity Against Breast Cancer, who sponsored the match, the Dark Blues took time to gel in a scrappy encounter, but always held the upper hand.
The airmen drew first blood with an early penalty from Gareth Hopkins, but Oxford went ahead with a try from winger Luke Fenwick, converted by Charlie Marr.
Two more Marr penalties stretched the lead and a Louis Mather try made the half-time score 18-3.
The students continued to call the shots after the interval and further tries from prop Will Kane and centre Scott Fernquest, both converted by Marr, completed a satisfactory victory.
