Headington Amateurs 3 (Zaja 77, Hill 81, B Cuff 85)
Tytherington Rocks 3 (Totterdell 8, Hughes 69, 88)
Headington Amateurs came from two goals down to lead with five minutes left only to concede a late equaliser in a dramatic finish to their Division 1 West clash with Tytherington Rocks.
Mark Totterdell’s volley gave the visitors a first-half lead.
Rocks had Rob Sage unluckily sent off for a second yellow card offence on the hour, but despite this Marc Hughes doubled their lead.
Ollie Zaja crashed in a right-foot volley from the edge of the penalty area to give Headington hope.
When Jay Hill finished from close range and Benji Cuff clipped a left-foot finish past Tom Sheppard to give Amateurs the lead, the comeback looked complete.
But then Headington had Aftab Hafiz sent off for violent conduct, and Hughes scored a late equaliser for Tytherington.
Clanfield 7 (Oswin 4, Dixon 17, Butt pen 30, 56, Mays 40, Cheetham 63, Little 76 )
Malmesbury Victoria 0
Clanfield went ahead when Steve Olphert’s corner left Ollie Oswin with a simple header at the far post.
Kevin Lewis then set up Dan Dixon to fire home from 18 yards, and Jamie Butt fired home a penalty after Craig Mays was brought down.
Clanfield struck again before the break as Matt Cheetham set Mays free to shoot high into the net.
Butt headed home No 5 after Lewis touched on Dan Bishop’s free-kick.
Matt Cheetham headed home, and Adam Little rounded off the scoring with an individual run and low shot.
Letcombe 1 (Hedges 40)
Lydney Tn 5 (Lindsay 14, Elliott 37, Jones 63, Timmins 69, 73)
Letcombe fell behind when Ross Lindsey ran on to a through ball to finish clinically for Lydney’s opener.
And the visitors increased their lead, with Ricky Elliott scoring from a free-kick as keeper Steven Vaux lost sight of the ball in the low sun. Letcombe pulled one back, with Phil Hedges curling a shot over keeper Mike Reddan.
But Steve Jones headed home powerfully for Lydney’s third. Vaux then had a shot covered, but it deflected off Lydney striker Matt Timmins into the bottom corner. And a low cross took a deflection off a defender and hit Timmins before rolling into the net for Lydney’s fifth.
To complete Letcombe’s misery, skipper Adam Pendell was sent off three minutes from time after receiving a second caution.
