Oxford United climbed to 12th in League Two after their 2-1 win over Barnet at the Kassam Stadium.
James Constable, coming on as a second-half substitute forced an own goal equaliser, and then hit the winner seven minutes from time as the U's came back from a goal down at half-time for the second match running.
