Oxfordshire Youth made it two wins out of two this season with a 10-7 home victory over London at Rileys Club on Sunday.

Their under 21 men's line-up won a tense match 3-2, their successes coming from George Bishop, who had two 180s, Kevin Smith, and man-of-the-match Shane Cooper, who had an average of 20.35.

Oxon under 18s went down 5-4 in a thriller. It all went down to the last leg, in which Jack Lucas just lost out.

The home side’s wins came from Stephen Wright (20.04 average), Simon Allmond (19.65), debutant Andrew Scott (16.98) and man-of-the-match Mark Burns (22.77).

Overall victory for Oxfordshire was clinch by the under 21 ladies, who recorded another 3-0 clean sweep.

The successful trio were Katie Moore, Lucy Daniels and lady-of-the-match Charlotte Adams (13.04).
