Luke Finch hit 38 not out as Oxford beat Shrivenham by six wickets to book their place in the final of the Under 17 Honey Bee Trophy.
Despite Will Snell’s 29, Shrivenham managed 101-9 off their 20 overs.
And Finch’s knock, combined with Henry Anderson-Elliott’s 22 not out saw Oxford home.
