Oxford, Buscot Park, Abingdon Vale and Westbury will contest the finals day of the Under 13 league at Bicester & North Oxford on Sunday.
The quartet all topped their groups – but all four had to wait until the final round before booking their places.
Oxford were outsiders to win Group A, but went through without playing when leaders Banbury lost by eight runs to Shipton, meaning Oxford topped the group on run rate.
RESULTS Group A: Shipton-under-Wychwood A 83-9 (J Nelson 27, T Bunting 3-15), Banbury 75-9 (J Milhench 4-10).
Group B: Ducklington 105-5 (T Soames 32no, S Gee 24no), Buscot Park 91-4 (J Kirby 33no, L Anderson 25); Charlbury 49 (J Norris 4-7, D Frost 3-12), Witney Swifts 53-4.
Group C: Freeland 71-9, East & West Hendred 61-9.
Group D: Westbury 126-5 (A Mansfield 32no), Thame Town 104-3 (D Patey 33no).
