Liam Hutt hit a hat-trick as Northway completed the double in their first season in the RT Harris Oxford City FA after lifting the Doug Hobbs Cup for Division 1 teams with a 4-0 win against Rose Hill Res.
League winners Northway had to withstand some strong Rose Hill pressure, before Hutt netted the opener from close range.
He lashed home a second from 20 yards, before Anthony Simpson made it 3-0 from a corner.
After the break, Rose Hill tried to get back into the game, but Hutt completed his hat-trick to end their hopes.
Meanwhile, in Division 1, Quarry 09 Res won 6-0 at home to Union Street to go second in Division 1.
Kevin Brandon and Lewis Evans both hit doubles, with Mark Johnson and Jamie Holmes completing their tally.
