Horspath Hammers powered to their seventh consecutive win of the British Premier League season with a 104-73 success over Bury New Comets.

The convincing scoreline was the third successive away match that Horspath have passed 100 points, while also inflicting the Manchester outfit's first home defeat of the season.

Hammers got off to a flying start and never looked back.

They were 11 points clear by heat five, and despite dropping a point in the sixth leg, Horspath increased their lead to go 51-37 up at the half-way stage.

Any thoughts of a Bury fight back were diminished when Mateusz Szymczak and Mark Boaler put a 7-3 over European Champion Damien Zareba.

Big wins in heats 13 and 15 made the result safe, before Hammers rounded off the match with a 7-3 and a 7-2, the latter seeing both Horspath riders Karol Szymanski and Denis Augustynski power past British Champion Terry Norman.

Szymczak registered his first maximum, Denis Augustynski notched four wins and Lukasz Jozwiak three.
