Former Oxford United defender Sam Ricketts helped Swansea beat Brentford 2-0 to book a place in the Coca-Cola League One play-off final at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium on Saturday, May 27.
The 24-year-old left-back played the full 90 minutes of the semi-final, second leg which saw the Swans go through 3-1 on aggregate.
It was Swansea's first win at Griffin Park in 15 visits, a run that stretched back to 1977.
Leon Knight scored twice in seven first-half minutes to break Brentford's hearts.
Knight lifted the ball over former Oxford City goalkeeper Stuart Nelson from 20 yards for his first, and then raced on to Leon Britton's pass before drilling home the second.
Swansea now await the winners of tonight's other semi-final, which sees Huddersfield take a 1-0 lead into the second leg against Barnsley at the Galpharm Stadium.
It will be Kenny Jackett's side's second trip to the Millennium Stadium this season after winning the Football League Trophy in April.
