BARRY Reeves inspired Henley Hawks to a 21-12 home victory over Manchester and ended their National Division 2 relegation fears.
The fly half scored one try and made another on his comeback after three months out with an arm injury.
Only one team will go down this season and with bottom club Orrell losing at home to Launceston, they can no longer overhaul Henley.
Full back Mitch Burton opened the scoring with a fifth-minute penalty.
Henley's first try came when Paul Dunckley, Luke Burns and Burton combined to set up Reeves, which Burton converted.
The hosts led 16-5 at the break after two more Burton penalties and a try from Manchester's Nick Flynn.
Full back Sean Hannah's try and Jim Bramhall conversion reduced the deficit before Chaska Loubers pounced on Reeves's stoppage-time grubber kick.
