Banbury Bulls were held to a 10-10 draw at Northampton BBOB in the only league fixture to survive the bad weather.
Captain Sean Bannister scored Banbury’s opening try after latching on to Scrum half Eddie Phillips’ kick.
But lock Nick Pratt and Bannister were sin-binned either side of a home penalty.
After the break, No 8 Simon Brand forced his way over from a five-metre scrum, but centre Mike Smith’s conversion hit a post.
The hosts equalised with a converted try, while replacement Pete Papenfus wasted Bulls’ best chance to win it.
