Oxford United drew 3-3 with Wycombe Wanderers in a behind-closed-doors friendly at Wycombe’s training ground on Wednesday.
Franny Green, Matt Green and Jamie Cook got the goals, as United fielded other fringe players such as Billy Turley, Adam Chapman, Mark Creighton, Kevin Sandwith and Lee Fowler.
“It was only a friendly and the result doesn’t really matter, but it was 90 minutes and keeps everyone involved,” assistant manager Mickey Lewis told United’s website.
“The whole squad travelled to Luton the night before, so credit to those involved because they showed a great attitude and will all have got something out of the game.”
