It means they are just three points behind leaders Rover Cowley.

After a goalless first half, Cecil Rodney opened Eynsham’s account with a terrific 20-yard shot, with strikes from Kian Sadie and Tom Hall making it 3-0.

Rodney completed his brace, before Liam Rainbow wrapped it up with Eynsham’s fifth.

James Humm scored the long-range second-half winner for Oxford University Press in their 1-0 victory at Chadlington.

A Keiron Russell double put North Oxford seemingly in control in the first half.

After the break, Garsington hit back in style with a Matthew Cashman brace and an Andrew Pepperly-Grey strike giving them a 3-2 lead.

Ramsey then grabbed a point for Garsington from the spot in the last five minutes.

Goals from Andy Cullen (2) Craig Hale, Alec Hale and Chris Tucock saw Broughton & North Newington Res thrash OUP Res 5-2 away from home in Division 2.

Long Crendon fought their way back from 2-0 down to force a 2-2 draw away to Yarnton Res.

Gareth Putt fired Yarnton ahead in the first half, with Ben Fouracre heading home a Carl Heaven cross to double their lead after the break.

However, it all went wrong when Yarnton’s keeper Nick Riseley was sent off for a professional foul.

That proved a turning point with Chris Scott and Paul Hopwood hitting back for a share of the spoils.
