Callum Mackinnon scored twice to clinch a 4-1 victory for Oxford City at Spalding United in the Conference Youth Football Alliance Cup.
Mackinnon was involved in the move which saw City open the scoring in the 42nd minute when he flicked on Ashley Jones’s chip for Chris Brougham to shoot home.
Luke Carnell headed home Rhys Veal’s corner four minutes after the break to increase City’s lead.
Mackinnon opened his acc-ount from the penalty spot in the 70th minute after he had been fouled in the box.
Jordan Patrick pulled a goal back for Spalding ten minutes later, but Mackinnon wrapped up victory with his second in the 85th minute, turning home Brougham’s cross.
