Oxford United have been drawn to face League One side Yeovil at home in the first round of the FA Cup.
The tie at the Kassam Stadium is scheduled for Saturday November 1.
Oxford City, meanwhile, visit League Two Burton Albion, last season's Blue Square Premier champions.
