Second-half goals from Mark Creighton and an own goal saw Oxford United beat Thurrock 2-0 in the FA Cup at the Kassam Stadium on Saturday.
And they joined Oxford City in Sunday's first-round draw after City came from behind to beat Bury Town 2-1 at Court Place Farm.
