Bicester AC javelin thrower Jackson Curtis, 16, from Hardwick, struck bronze at the Aviva Schools’ International against Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales in Antrim with a throw of 56.74m.
Curtis, who is a pupil at Cokethorpe School, Witney, also won bronze at the English Schools’ Track & Field Championships at Sheffield’s Don Valley the previous week with a throw of 59.48.
