Oxford City & County’s Katherine Hawes captured her tenth Oxfordshire women’s singles title with a hard-fought 21-18 victory over Margaret Morris on finals day at South Oxford.
Hawes made it a double success by teaming up with Carol Gaskins and Donna Grant to beat Blackbird Leys’ Olive Jackman, Elizabeth Wright and Sue Gokor in the triples.
